Drafting of a press release and distribution to the media

 Writing and distribution by plain text email to the media of each press release is subject to separate pricing, which is agreed in advance.

Most press releases - of up to 500 words - are charged at £140 plus VAT.  If there is a very large number of media to receive the press release, then the cost is higher.  Distribution of the press release with an image (of up to 500kb) is subject to an additional charge which depends on the number of media to receive the press release.

Email distribution of your own press release - without image

If you have already written your own press release, a distribution list of up to 100 media can be compiled and your press release distributed by plain text email for £95 plus VAT.  Additional distribution charged at £5 per 50 media.

Additional fax distribution

Press releases can also be faxed (1-2 sheets of A4) for an additional £4 per 10 media.
